1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Whylidate's email verification service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Whylidate provides email verification services including syntax validation, domain verification, SMTP checking, and deliverability assessment. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about verification accuracy.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Verify email addresses without proper consent
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails

5. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed for each email verification. Unused credits from purchased packs do not expire. Daily free credits reset at midnight UTC and do not roll over.

6. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Excessive API calls may result in temporary throttling. You are responsible for securing your API keys.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Whylidate. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Whylidate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
