Data Minimization

We only collect and process the minimum data necessary to provide our email verification service.

Purpose Limitation

Email addresses are processed solely for verification purposes and are not used for marketing or sold to third parties.

Storage Limitation

Verification results are retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted from our systems.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) with regular security audits.

Right to Access

You can export all your data at any time from your dashboard or via our API.

Right to Erasure

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Data Processing Location

All data processing occurs within the European Union. Our primary data centers are located in Frankfurt, Germany, ensuring your data never leaves EU jurisdiction.
